Yangpyeong

Bass, Gangjunchi, Keuri, Sogari, etc. ...       

It is bass fishing spot opposite to Teodrang seom (island). On this spot that is located at lower end of by-channel of Namhan gang, you had better cast a long distance toward the island using heavier rigs. In about 1 meter from the shore, there is a drop off area under water deepen the bottom sharply, that holds usually lunker bass. You would often encounter Gangjunchi and other  species as well.

Teodrang seom (island) is located within 700 meters or so lower from the new Yang pyeong daekyo, and the good spots are around the right shore and opposite lumber mill. Those are located on the main channel but current is blocked and so, fish lurk many. Bait fishing for Bong eo (prussian carp) and carp are also popular. The bottom of river around the island  has the slow slope that gather many campers. Meanwhile, you would hit bass if you throw the lures on the drop off area near the opposite lumber mill

How to get there :

You will find a lumber mill on your left , within about 150 m after passing by the signal board of  Forestry cooperative assocaition that is located near the blinker at the entrance of seat of Yang pyeong gun office. Going down the right ramp of New Yang pyeong daekyo, you will find Teodrang seom (island) within 800 m or so. You can drive up to the island, escept the monsoon preiod.
