Kigok myeon, Samcheok si Euneo, Song eo, ...
This stream runs through Hosan beach to get into Donghae (East sea). Deokpung Kyegok (ravine) is located in the upper stream. In the past, it was renown as fishing spot of Euneo (sweet smelt). There are many spots of Euneo and all those spots are for fly fishing as well. You may encounter some trouts and many Pirami. The ravine is beautiful and water is cool . It takes Aprox. 5 and half hours by car from Seoul.
The good spots are between Wolcheon kyo, at the seat of Wondeok eup office, and Kibu chon, where the stream is wide and the water level is relatively steady. Those spots are reputed well as the fishing spots of Euneo (sweet smelt) and, other species like Pirami , Galkyeoni are also hooked many on fly fishing. In spring, Euneo fishing is in bloom.

From Bong pyeong maeul to Gagok elementary school, Euneo nolim fishing (use a live Euneo as the bait for luring another Euneo ) are popular on the stream. Within this area, there are lots of rapids and riffels. Sancheoneo and Pirami are picked up many in every rapids. Hpsumeuri (confluence) lower from Pung gok elementary school is also a good fishing place.
How to get there :
From Wondeok eup, go to the south until you pass over Hosan kyo (bridge), and turn to the right at Wolcheon kyo that follows. After that, the road runs along Gagok cheon for all the course. ...//
