Nature still hugs men silently. Her great restoration power refines all the pollution that men mades. If men , nevertheless, continue destruction, she might lose her power . Nature's perish is catastroph and it's too late to repent. While MotherNature can still protects us, we should take good care of her. Water, air, trees, stones, animals, fish, plants and so on : we should not block any more their lives and flows. Anglerstown, as devotees of environmental angling, will be committed to the conservation of our natural resources, especially rivers, lakes to ensure quality angling for ourselves also for generations to come.. Making tie with many fishing clubs, we will carry out the following plans. We hope many anglers would join us.

Catch & Release Clubs' Union

To act effectively for Catch & Release, we would like to unite with many other fishing clubs who have same motto. Anglerstown will inspire the spirit of Catch & Release to all the beginners of lure & flyfishing who wish to join us. Nobody who refuses cannot be our member.

Cleaning up Fishing places   

Anglerstown cares members for not throwing away any garbage on the rivers or riverside. We will clean up  the places we fished before we leave. We will spread this movement to all the fishing clubs.

 

Watch illegal overfishing  

Overfishing by anglers is less serious than the violation by some offenders who use various illegal tackle suitable for massacre of fish. Anglerstown will watch anytime, in any place, such offense.  Tp spread widely, we will unite with all the anglers and the interested fishing clubs in country.
 
Collaboration with Residents  

To keep fishing place clean and the number of fish, We will collaborate with the residents of the fishing places we frequent  and share the expenses. We would like to drive this plan strongly for offering good memory of fishing in Korea to the foreign guests who will visit at 2002 WorldCup Korea-Japan.

Environmental Watch   

Anglerstown will watch, anytime, in any place, all the illegal actiona which pollute the environment and prosecute duly.

 

Proposals for Lawmaking in various environmental fields   

Environmental improvement of fishing places cannot be done by Anglers and residents only. The relative Law and regulations should be made in detail. Anglerstown wil study and find the necessary addition to the existing law and regulations, for real  and better protection of environment. We hope many specialists would join us for this plan.

 

Cooperate with National Environment Movement Union  

We will support the campaigns of National Environment Movement Associations' Union. And we will cooperate with foreign Environmental units for conducting international seminar, conference, fishing tournaments etc., so as to promote such movement. ...//
