Miryeok myeon & Kyeombaek myeon, Boseong gun     

Sogari, Keokji, Megui, Gamulchi, Keuri, etc. ...

On the flow of Boseong gang (river), there are two dams : one is Boseong gang dam and another is Ju am dam. Boseong ho is the lake made by Boseong gang dam, whose high surface is about 170 thousands square meters. This lake is still fished by handful of lure and fly fishers that most of the areas are remained untouched. But it is known as being abundant in species and fish. Around this lake, there are not so many villages nor factories. It is literally a remote lake. Nevertheless, some good spots for Sogari on lure fishing are reported near upper end of the lake and some areas on the surface. It takes about five hours by car form Seoul.
