Refer the following photos to make knots on fly line with leader. The tube is good for making nail knot. Also this tool punches the hook eyes of your flies blocked by head cement. 6 cm long when scabbarded.

 1) Pierce the center of fly line.
|
2) Tear the wall of fly line.
|
|
3) Pass the leader tip through needle eye.
|
4) Draw out the needle with leader tip.
|
5) Draw leader through fly line to leader butt.
|
|
6)Put the scabbard of needle upon fly line and wind leader butt 3 ~ 4 times clockwise and insert the butt to scabbard. Holding knot, pull out the scabbard.

7) And, tighten leader, keeping hold on the knot.
|
8) Cut the waste.
